Updates to Our Terms, Privacy & Cookie Policy

Why are we updating our documents?

We last updated them back in 2022. Now, Atoa has become an Authorised Payment Institution, which means we need to update our Terms of Service to reflect our new regulatory status and recent legal changes.

We're also simplifying our Privacy Policy into a single, clearer document and introducing a new Cookie Policy to give you more transparency around how we use cookies to improve your user experience.

Do I need to do anything?

Not right now. We’ll simply ask Admin users to review and accept the updated Terms and Policies the next time they log in to the app or web dashboard.
