No. Atoa merchants are strictly not permitted to use Atoa for payments via third-party marketplaces like Facebook Marketplace, Gumtree, etc.
Any merchant found using Atoa in conjunction with third-party marketplaces will be immediately suspended from using our service.
Our Terms of Service require merchants to provide a high level of service and care to consumers.
We also advise consumers to exercise caution and only approve payments to merchants they know and trust. We require customers to tick the "I trust this merchant" tickbox and acknowledge they know the recipient before they are able to approve a payment.
